The museum features excellent collection of flora and fauna collected from the Himalayas and other regions. A mountain model of Manaslu (the killer mountain), a Yeti effigy, Mount Everest Model, and a complete 3D model of mountains from the Himalayan Range are few to name of the excellency here. Almost all of the mountains in the Fishtail Range can be observed with a good guiding within from here. A curio shop and a fine restaurant here let you forget the time passed on visiting the museum.
