Apple on March 21st, 2016 released a new version of iOS 9.3 that’s intended for iPhone 4S and later, iPod touch (5th gen) and later, iPad 2 and later. iOS 9.3 is a 197 MB download update (size may vary according to market).
With this update your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch gain improvements to Notes, News, Health, Apple Music and a new feature called Night Shift that may even help you get a better night’s sleep by shifting the colors in your display to the warmer end of the spectrum at night. ~Apple software update notes
What is Night Shift in iOS 9.3?
Night shift is the new enhancement feature introduced by Apple in iOS 9.3. WHen enabled, Night Shift in iOS 9.3 devices uses your iOS device’s clock and geolocation to determine when it’s sunset in your location, then it automatically shifts the colors in your display to the warmer end of the spectrum and may even help you get a better night’s sleep.
Other improvements brought in iOS 9.3 include those in Photos, iBooks, Education, CarPlay, Dolby Digital Plus, Hardware keyboard improvements and fixes, enterprise and accessibility bug fixes.
iOS 9.3 address some core issues and introduces some features along with enhancement to the iOS experience itself.
