Chinese Actress Tops 100M Blog Hits

Daily entries about work and home life has helped Chinese actress Xu Jinglei to become the world's most read blogger, boasting more than 100 million hits.
Xu, also a film director, posts entries to her blog at least once daily, telling readers about film projects, what she watched on television or the health of her two cats, eschewing racier fare, the Daily Telegraph reported on Monday.
Xu expressed surprise by her blog's popularity.
I've been often asked to explain why my blog is so popular, she said. And my standard answer is that I rate well all round.
Xu capture the international spotlight when she won the best director award for Letter From An Unknown Woman at the 2004 San Sebastian International Film Festival in Spain.
