WRC – the hell on the Earth

Realities are bitter as usual. This is with too much of frustration and a big NO NO to WRC, I am finally writing off the web- no matter what the consequences be. WRC will always be the one praised by bunkers and fake students as glued to for years by now. (Do not read below, if you can’t take truth into you.)

दु:ख नपाए WRC जानु – that’s right, if you are having a relaxed life you can observe so called students’ life in WRC. Are you a regular class bunker? Do you yet want an Engineering degree? Do you never like to attend classes? Do you like more than studying just like S**t?

The ultimate answer is WRC. भएको lab गर्नु पर्दैन नभएको labको लागि काठमाडौं जान पाईन्छ- just for a simple instance. And more lot, the internal complications are too much, in fact, the college itself is not ready for Bachelor’s level in Electronics and Communications. However, students are packed. (it seems like- but you can always get admission no matter if you passed or failed the IOE entrance, some of juniors still enjoying this opportunity)

If you can cheat in the exam, you are the best. Those who don’t will score mare 18 or 19 and those who could bring readymade assessment papers score a grand 20 by 20. Bargain with teacher (just passed out, fresher teachers in most of the cases) and you’ll score full marks no matter if you had submitted assignments or not, you had attended any classes or not. This is very inevitable act.

Last time one nice, handsome looking teacher (as they call him) replied me “this marks is sufficient for you, why you need more” and now he knows my ability. He when will  know that the students whom he gave full marks never attended his class and did any assignments ever ??? don’t ever think about (yes, your reader)- the teacher will never ponder again. Marks are teacher parents’ property (as we call in Nepali बाउको सम्पति ), they hesitate to give even the student performs well.

(I must admit some of the teachers/engineers in WRC are perfect, they are fabulous, multifaceted and very very helpful- it’s always other crooked who intend to ruin the whole of the instifutions, and this article is not just about few bad teachers but about most worst institution managers.)

My pathetic mind had written earlier some of the glimpses:

In fact, being a prudent is itself a devil boom in WRC. Even though I don’t like to compare the status of WRC with Pulchowk Campus, both being under the same hood of Institute of Engineering IOE, simply because of centralization. Still the brochure of WRC admission form says, the college has a well set up VSAT- गफ हन्ने पनि एउटा हद हुन्छ नि होइन र ।

तेसैले WRC छिर्नु भन्दा पहिले एकदुम बिचार गर्नुस्, तपाईं राम्रो student हो भने त झन यो कुर सोचदै नसोछु राम्रो। The hell on the Earth- its WRC! For some, WRC might be a paradise on the Eath, atleast not for me.

जादा जादै  तीन वोटा सम्भाबना तपाईंहरुको लागि- WRC automation machine will act upon you to

  • adult(arize) you on sticks, liquids and more
  • politic(ize) you according to your desire, one day you can be the top leader and the topper in academics
  • money(tize) you as long as you can earn by brainwashing the folks

मलाई भोली नै यो पोस्ट् लेखेको मा साथी हरुले पिट्लान भन्नु पर्दैन- technocrat को एउटा limit हुन्छ नि होइन र। BTW if you’ve been struggling to know what’s WRC= Without Regular Class Western Region Campus.

  1. As a matter of fact i agree with all ur attitudes towards WRC and WRCians. For a student at the end of his graduation i think should not have to post such articles which makes other WRCians frustrated especially to the frist batch of electronics engineering students. I think u r quite specific about a faculty..so whoever is reading this article i heartly request you not to blame the whole faculty in WRC. WRC has its pride. Has its own status. Today Its products are in prestigious post, some were doing masters, phd and other academic qualifications and they had never such attitudes but feel a proud to be a WRCian student. Electronics & Telecommunication degree being a frist attempt to introduced in WRC five years before from the date now is facing a lots of hurdles. I agree a lot in the post written by Mr. Ekendra but i request him not to mess up wid entire WRC glory. Its just specific to a faculty in WRC. Moreover, i think Mr. Ekendra is really frustrated comparing WRC with pulchowk cllg 24*7. Pulchowk is pulchowk. It has its own history. Electronics is not the frist batch there. Infrastructure for cllg is quite different there. Instead u should be proud that in a regional level u r getting this level of education. After a few years of lounching of electronics batch i think it will get its pace compared to pulchowk. Only its because its the frist batch students suffering these all. Though i agree that coz WRC is a sister college of Pulchowk, IOE should be flexible as much it can…but situation seems to be different. so its just a faculty specific post. If we look at other faculty like Civil, it is in its youth. The faculties in diploma. The overseer students i guess are not unemploymented after their pass out.
Anyways Mr. Ekendra i appreciate the way u talked about the faculty where u belong but i disagree that WRC is a hell on the earth..i totally disagree wid ur this vary point. Hope circumstances will soon progress for electronics faculty. Gud luck.

  2. I know good is not good where better is expected. Partially u r right but its not exactly like how u ve commented my friend. May b u expected a lot from WRC. All the government colleges are same. The system is corrupted everywhere. I don't know how will our country sustain in these situation…
    O man its all frustating…
But we mustn't lose our hopes at least when we are at our last moments…

  3. This is NOT all about the frustration you might be pondering over and over again. This is NOT an deviant art that I couldn't go thru, this is all about being an uncapable at WRC and a pure story of mine, at least my thoughts. incapable

No realities produce a good mocha, And if you happen to utter good words just in name of the Government things, Nepal will always be the same.

Words for everybody and words by everyone, If I've done anything wrong as you say please write another word too. I prompt in my accordance.

  4. You are right Man, reality is always bitter..K garnu ta ni luck le aba yestai thau ma laye pachi.
Any way all da best. Hoping best for your future.

  6. Kya bakwaas article…U r not promted to join WRC and i am surprised how did u joined this college 4 yrs back knowing all these facts…U've already known VSAT will not be there…is still a luring material for attracting students…Being last semester student u should not post like this to mess up wid WRC image being focused wid a faculty in the cllg. I suppose u are just having a lot frustration……Mr/Miss hallandaas…!!!

    1. Ya, you are correct hallandaas,
It was the game of the time, I joined 4 years before not to see the day of today and yesterday, there had been a hope, a bright hope that could change the future of this underdeveloped country.
These are my words, hope nobody should be hurt by them, ‘coz to whom it must- they never care…
Thanks for stepping in by “hallandaas”.

  7. I would appreciate if you had poured your effort on suggesting the way to improve the WRC with all your experience; however, it won’t come into practice just now.
