It has been almost a half year (Service Started date: 2064 Aswin 15) Modern Era Tours and Travels continuing the direct Passenger Bus Service from Pokhara, Nepal to Delhi. With total 6 buses, each Monday, Wednesday and Friday of a week buses move in and out of Pokhara, the departure timing being 1500 hours from Firke, 0 KM, Pokhara-8, near Prthvi Rajmarga Bus Sanchalak Samiti’s Office.
Mr Keshab Prasad Adhikari reported that each coach have 2 drivers, a guide and a helper totaling of 4 staffers. He further adds – each coach have comfortable, broad folding seats with fan on each seat, DVD video Coach as the name says is found. The route goes from Pokhara to Sunauli via Narayangarh, then to Krishnanagar Nepalgunj, Mahendranagar and head to New Delhi.
Departing from Ramghad, Delhi on 0900 hours each Sunday, Wednesday and Friday. Total passenger seat in the new chassis is 35. For the ticketing price of NRs 2000, and a distance of 1310 KM, it takes about 30 to 36 hours to complete the journey.
